Great flies, though I prefer the colors of the first, I'm sure both will take fish. Haven't seen a Chamois in several years.

Ray, I read a bit by Davy Wotten that the Argentinian hares are transplanted European hares. According to the SwissCDC site, what makes their dubbing different is that the hare's are wild, therefore have a different coat than the fur farm hares. Another case of non-native species making good dubbing...

Mark, Could those small flies have been Alder Flies? We have a similar hatch here when the weather starts to warm up (not like the freezing rain we have here today).
