Beauty of a fly sir.
Title was a bit misleading, for me at least. Was expecting
something along the lines of Ozzy Osborn;

Norm,
I love the play between the darker elements (bead, dubbing, hook somewhat, and tail biots) and the lighter hackle and white wing biots! This one should hunt!
