Love the pattern and the name. I agree with Ray, I'd bet money that some river smallies would eat that in half a heart beat. I will attempt to do the fly justice and throw it at some landlocked salmon though.

My sense is Norm could show us a piece of split-shot hanging off some 12lb. Berkley cable and make it look good. Ridiculous proportions, Norm; ...the fly is cool, too.

I do believe you're right, Mike. His chenille looks so good and mine always looks like something the cat puked up. I will continue to strive to tie like Norm when I grow up.
