Great looking wet fly iteration of the original nymph shown here.
As a nymph it was an excellent producer in Yellowstone Park and the surrounding environs. I think it represented both a stonefly and the large gray drakes that are found in the Park's streams.

What sizes would you recommend for the Yellowstone area?

My best sizes were 6 thru 10. These would be on either 1XL or 3XL long hooks, Mustad 3906B or 9672.
Use it all over the Park but it is especially effective in meadow waters like the Madison, Gibbon, Firehole.
The larger sizes are good in the riffle areas and that's where I believe fish take it for a stonefly nymph.

I think, at least the original nymph, might work for an Isonychia nymph also. IMHO

I have no experience with Isonychia. Where do you find them?

This looks like a great stillwater fly. I will try it.
