Hook: Daiichi 1510 #16
Wing: Starling primary taken from near the base of the feather
Hackle: Starling under covert. Two wraps, one directly behind and in front of the set wing.

Outstanding job Eric! Such a graceful little fly. I'm sure this would be as effective as it is pretty. A "capital killer" to be sure.

Nice! I had recently been think along the same lines, but with snipe as the hackle.

I thought about snipe but went with the starling. I'm sure it would make a nice looking fly Bob.

Whoa! That is smokin' hot! Look out troutlings! You realize that some pictures must accompany the first catch! Your pictures are to die for along with this great pattern that you have tied!
