Wickham's Fancy

Tied in a Tweed Style with split Starling wings. Found this age old pattern in Roger Fogg's book The Art of the Wet Fly.

I have heard so much about this fly, but never saw one. Every time I looked it up on the internet it showed me different flies, so I didn't know what I was looking at.

Is it true that this fly is a must in any fly box?
