New Toy - Petitjean CDC Hackle Plier
I've wanted one of these for a while, and finally ordered one last week. I've seen this tool used in Marc Petitjean's tying videos on YouTube.

Has anyone else played around with this style hackle pliers?

Nope, can't say I ever saw one before.
Typically I tie small bodies with one twisted CDC.
Tear drop pliers work for me when I try to corral more than one.
Let us know after you get to play with it.

Will do. I'm hoping they are also useful for spinning dubbed bodies and winding regular hackle. We'll see...

I've never seen or heard of them b4. I was thinking they might work good for dubbing loops too. Gonna have to watch the YouTube video. Maybe another toy to buy...
