WOW, you sure tie tasty looking flies! Size 20! Looks big enough in the picture but I'm wondering if my 4# Trilene Fluoro would even go through the eye?

John, I will send the flies next Monday...I am taking that week off from work. I hope that you can use them. I did not realize that you fished exclusively Tenkara. My patterns and tecniques may be useless to you. In any event it will be fun to find out.

Although it might amount to heresy for some, I think just about any fly can be fished effectively using a Tenkara rod/leader set-up under the right water conditions.

Tie2fish may be right. I'm pretty sure I can use even the smallest of those nicely dubbn'd flies if my fingers will get them tied on. Guaranteed I will have fun trying. Wayne, I'm looking forward.

Wayne, fantastic looking ties.
Number 2 and 4 would be my pick for here, but all four will work wonderfully. Heck if a Pink Collar Squirrel nymph with a big gold bead will catch wild brown trout in Northern Ireland (did they laugh at me when I pulled that one out on a "slack" day..... until it started catching! ) then your four will catch most anywhere.
Well done.

Wayne, there is always something interesting about the looks of your flies. If I was good at artspeak maybe I could describe it. But I'm not, so I can't, so I will just call them artistic. That is the most beautifully kinky worm I have ever seen. If you send it to me I promise to carry it in my fly box for ever, for show, for yuks. It is too special to use, and anyway I don't use big underwater flies because they get snagged on the bottom too often.

Thanks for the entertainment!
