Hackle: Whiting Popper pack feather, dyed scarlet
Body Hackle: Cock saddle, natural black (or dyed black)
Rib: Wire, fine silver
Body: Seal's fur, black and red (or substitute) - in split thread
Legs: Magpie barbs, knotted
