Partridge GRS7MMB (Jardine Living Nymph hook)?

Post by CreationBear » Mon Jan 23, 2012 9:41 pm

I was wondering if any of y'all had firsthand experience with this hook--I'm intrigued by the profile, but since I mostly use a Tenkara rod with 6X tippet, lighter is usually better for me. Is the shank any longer than the Mustad R50-u that so many of you are using for flymphs?

At any rate, thanks in advance: I know that I'm late to the party with this discontinued hook, but I could probably scare some up. :)

Maybe if you emailed them they could answer your question...

OOOO! I love it. I wish someone would make the Daiichi 1260 with an up eye!

Don't they look cool? :) Very much in your "flymph as emerger" philosophy, I think--I can't imagine why they didn't take off, except for the muttering about the "Grey Shadow" coating.
