Hughes' Partridge & Silk Flies

I think these were tied quite awhile back after reading one of Dave Hughes' books where he mentioned using wire ribbing with the silk bodies. (I keep stumbling on these OLD pics!)

Absolutely stunning examples of fine soft-hackle work! I sure hope you keep "stumbling" upon more old pictures! These are fantastic!
