I very much like your streamer-style fly, especially the cree hackle arrangement.

Mark, that Creedance Streamer pattern is really striking. Very nice. I enjoyed the Turner's Cross fly as well. The flowy fibers from the throat are interesting.

Couple VERY easy thumbnail fixes to make.....one per fly, and these outta be ready. Gotta do a tiny scoot to the rear on the second turn of ribbing (fly on the left), and a knock-back of a couple hackle fibers in the collar (fly on the right).....and we be good to go. That right side fly has an incredably (so "Cute" ) little head..... :D .....i call these two George and Gracie after the old vaudville comedians.....who always maintained a certain innocence to their act.........the kinna thing that gets lost nowdays..........course Richard Prior was ONE Hillairius Dude.........   and "time marches on"..........you dig?

This little work here.....WHEW!.....was a FUN tye. The name (and over-all look), of the fly is sort of indicative of how i feel at times....... Friend a mine gave me the bead along with bout 30 others she found in a local shop in the little town of Norfork. Norfork is situated right at the confluence of the Northfork of the White, and the White River. It's bout 35 minutes from our house, and a great place to fish. From where the Northfork comes outta the damn to where it hits the White is only bout 4 miles or so.....but in that 4 miles or whatever it is.....there's over 50K Trout, and (plenty of HOGS), more goin' in weekly. Ya'll gotta fish these rivers.....it's STUPID! Skunked, is NOT, in the local vocabulary. :D

WILD!!! That fly has lots of personality.

Hijack: I wish I had some of your AC today. Damn, it is hot. Good day for a cookout. If you took me fishing today, I'd be like a dog and go swimming instead.

Ray, I'm actually worried about you with out A/C. You know you could install central heat and air if you pawned a few of your Whiting Grizzly saddles. :D I'm putting back money for the kids college funds. (that's a joke, I haven't pulled the trigger on selling the saddles I have...but I did take the pics and packaged them. Just can't seem to do it.)

Wow it doesn't pay to miss a few hours does it?!

I was trying to figure out which was George and which was Gracie but I'm sure I guessed wrong so I'll be quiet now.

Life in the Fast Lane - now I've got that song running in my head plus when I'm not working I don't feel like thinking about ANY lane. The name sure fits but I think your lane is a little crooked....and those faces look something like my passengers which is scaring me a little. Come to think of it maybe my lane is a little crooked and that's WHY their faces look like that. ROTFLMAO!
