As I said it is a blast from the past, so I was thinking of a band I enjoyed around that time. Thoughts of The New Riders of the Purple Sage danced into my head to tie this fly as well....

Body -Tying Silk ribbed by SM Gold Ultra Wire
Tail & Hackles- Browner phase of the Sage Hen near the rump, 2 turn of the aftershaft feather followed by 2 turns of the Prairie Chicken
