I thought some of you may be interested in this tying. I recently came across Semperfli synthetic green peacock herl and think it has a future.

Sprite S1200 deep water nymph size 12 hook. UTC 140 black thread. Body of Semperfl Synthetic Green peacock herl wrapped and ribbed with fine dark copper wire. Cock Pheasant neck hackle wrapped twice. Comment – the ‘sheen’ on the hackle catches the body colouring.
