Tup's Swap Photos

Post by Old Hat » Wed Feb 06, 2013 2:10 am

Here are all 20 Tup's variations from the recent swap. I photographed all these under natural window light trying to get the most accurate colors. Also, I photographed them in fairly sharp detail and there is not a fly in the bunch that is not extremely well tied. Close ups like this can show a lot of mistakes. None here. At all. I was amazed. Excellent job by all who participated. 20 flies is not easy and you should all be congratulated on your tying and the timely manner in which all the flies came in. It was a pleasure to be the swapmeister.

Thank you.

I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Oh my gosh fellows (and gals)!
This photo layout is fantastic Carl! There has to be some historical importance here (please take mine out of the equation) with all these great tiers and their creations! I think this calls for a special framing of these beauties to hang on the wall at the Catskill F.F. Center and Museum in Roscoe this year! Has anyone thought of this before now? This is too good of an opportunity! Would the center consider doing this?
Once again, I am just pleased as punch to behold all the talent that went into making these beautiful patterns! They are truly the best from the best the world has to offer! Great job folks!

I hate to think just how many times I just scrolled this posting of 19 wonderful Tup patterns...... and my own offering, with a big smile on my face.
What a wonderful presentation!
Very well photographed Old Hat, exceptional tying to everyone concerned.

Great idea Dougsden, would be a novel tribute to the forum should your idea go ahead.
