I quite like those heavy wire long shank nymph hooks that you’re using. The heavy hook helps get the fly down in the water column a little bit, and makes a big difference at certain times. What is the exact brand and model number?
Thanks,
Dana

I'd like to fish with you sometime DUBBN. I think I can learn a thing or three from you.
Those are excellent looking flies and I'm glad the fishing did you well.

You would not have wanted to be with me today. I floated the Roaring Fork. Had the entire lower river to myself. I struggled to get 10 dink Browns, and one Cutbow to the raft.
I stunk the joint up.

Well: now I feel like a genius!!!
I guess the hook finish looks different in a photograph versus in person.....or at very least I could convince myself of that

Soft and wet - the only way....
