I didn't have a lot of success with the Lightning Bug Nymph. I may have to revisit it as a Soft Hackle. Very nice tie.

I tied a couple size 18's that have glass beads. If I remember I will try them out in the morning.

Geez, I'm gone for a few days and when I get back you guys are talking about beadheads and rubber legs. I wonder what Sylvester Nemes would say. :o :shock: :) ;)

He would probably ask if we ever tried a Partridge and Orange, with a tungsten bead an a couple wraps of lead. LOL

I think we all know what he did say when asked about beadheads: "Why don't you just take up spin fishing?"

That's a bit extreme, IMO. Beadheads have their place, even though I seldom use them myself.
