Winged Wet Fly

Tail - Yellow hackle fibers
Body - Red silk covered with clear plastic film (I used clear tinsel)
Hackle - Blue and scarlet
Wing - White

Forgotten Flies - Schmookler and Sils
Flytiers sure have a way at making things difficult
