Very nice Ron, I like both but tend to like the fly with both sides of the hackle. This spring I’ve really dedicated myself to fishing flymphs and wet flies and I’ve been really impressed with my success which I owe to the fine folks here!

Hmm, something to think for my waters here in Michigan. Our two most famous night time hatches the brown drake and hex, and spend a lot of time fishing both. I need to incorporate something like these as my eye sight slowly fades.

Mike62, you’re absolutely right and I love tinkering with this stuff. Back in the early 80’s I bought a bear archery whitetail hunter compound bow, one of the first compounds and oh my god did I and everyone I knew tinkered with that thing.
