Hans.....

Referring to "I fold the STRIP of barbs....... I take it that you actually cut a section of the feather containing enough fibers required, fold this around the hook-shank to the correct proportions, then catch-in with a loose wrap. Have I got it right???

Hans.....

You decribe the hackle as " Bronze Mallard Barbs" are these tied-in as a bunch and some how rotated around the hook shank ??.
