Re: Must watch video
Oh, I'm glad I took the time to watch that. Brilliant, as the Brits might say. And the debate at the end with the "typical" southern chalkstream dry fly fisherman, gotta love it. Thanks.

Re: SOFT~ HACKLE JOURNAL
I had forgotten I subscribed, and it came a few days ago giving me a pleasant surprise. I'm taking a more leisurely approach to reading it than I did for the first issue. Great stuff to all who contribute, a big thumbs up and thank you.

Re: New Digital Book / “The Flies That Trout Prefer”
I got stuck in the shuck on this one.... Liking it a lot but can't seem to finish it or emerge from it. My first read of this author. Captivating ideas. Terrific photos. Thank you again, Ray.
(I did find it odd that he never mentions Leisenring/ Hidy, anyone else have that same thought?)

I keep looking at this fly and am in awe each time. Tremendous design. Put together so very thoughtfully, not to mention the superb tying.

I am very happy with them but they are not for everybody -- they are very cheaply made, so you can't shake them around too much o...

I'm all in, as they say...
But I keep adding hooks and have nowhere in my "system" to add them other than to tear everything half apart and start over...
