Yes, natural sunlight. The sun was setting as I finished the flies and the light was streaming across my bedroom. I grabbed the flies and set them in the sunlight and snapped a couple pictures (with and without a flash). I liked the photo without a flash the best. Natural light is almost always bet...

Terrific fly tying video Scott! Excellent tutorial for anyone wanting to learn to tye soft hackle flies.
