Thread - Black
Rib - Gold wire
Tail - Wood duck feather fibers
Abdomen - Mottled turkey tail fibers
Thorax - Peacock herl

Masterful tying as always, Norm. I do appreciate you bringing up patterns I haven't seen in years, that still work remarkably well.

I remember reading about this pattern in Patrick's fly pattern book when I bought it in the mid-70's.
