Ha! I worked a different section of the Gunnison and did twice as good as yesterday with my one Euro trout. Yep, caught two. Soft hackles are still bailing my a$$ out. Weird, I can pound the fish on the Roaring Fork Euro Nymphing. The Gunnison is hurting my feelings

I doubt there are many people in the world that have as big of a Softhackle fascination as you and I do.

I doubt there are many people in the world that have as big of a bug/fly fascination as I do including many other stages of metamorphosis. ;) :lol: They are in the running if they have a stereo 20 to 40 power microscope. :ugeek:

I also use soft hackled flies when Czech nymphing. It's a great way to key on what the fish really want. I find if the fish keep taking the soft hackled flies I then switch out the nymph and fish a duo soft hackle rig.
