Silk. Pearsalls gossamer yellow.
Body. Same.
Thorax. Peacock Herl.
Hackle. Light Partridge.

I agree with Ray. Just gorgeous. How do you like those AJ hooks? Tried them once a few years back, lost two nice fish due to hooks straightening out. Never went back.

I second REE on the Alec Jackson hook - look good but very thin, bendable wire.

Interesting how a slight change in a dressing results in a different name.

For quite a few years, I've tied various "thread and hackle dressings" with the addition of a thorax or wire rib - sometimes both - and just continued to call them as a P&O, P&Y, etc.
