It says in the Wasatch corporate description that 'Polygamy Porter' is made with Willamette hops. I grow Willamette here; the entire back of the shop and the ell are completely covered in hops every summer. I had a cousin in Seattle send the Willamette rhizomes in the mail. Along with the Willamette, I grow some Cascade, and two distinct, wild, nameless 'Block Island' varieties.
