No wonder I didn't see a Greenwell hen. I wish they would call it mottled brown hen instead, if that is all it is. Seeing these mottled hens, both brown, and grizzly...and the "Greenwell", are making me a bit crazy. I have got to have some of those feathers eventually. This thread is so cool. Not good on my pocketbook though!

Obsession is a good word.............and concept...........you combine that with Good, "Choices" and you've got the perfect antidote for certain unmentionable "other things"...........one might do................ ...........so just keep on keepin' on kid. ;)

This reminds me of when I was a kid actually. I loved to color. Some kids are happy with a small box of primary colors. I wanted that huge box with rows of colors. I liked the unusual colors like that Cornflower Blue. Fly tying is like that too. You can get by with the primary color kit.....but, you know ....that huge a$$ box with as many colors as they make, that is the one I always wanted, and NEEDED...rotflmbo. Fly tying is along those lines. I can just imagine what all those colors would do, if I just had them in my hands...

Ah, thank you Mike. I went to it and checked it out. I am saving this all for future reference too. :D

Mark, I stepped over the line, about a year ago. Before that I just thought I had lost it. Now I know I have.
