Thank you Ray

I like both the body taper and the hackle sweep.

On the nearest (200 miles distant) sort-of trout stream, there is said to be a regular presence of cream midges, so that has me wondering about a downsized version/variation of your fly.

What does "Mot" mean here?

A very nice fly, I'll have to have a good look at your water-colours (aquarelles) Ruard.

Mark, how can you loose a Musk Ox in your house.
As Lady Bracknell would have said "A MUSK OX". ;)

Indeed: Dutch Mot and English Moth. They fly out in the hour before dark.

Ruard, I have seen hatches not far from here, that the fly would be very productive for anyone. You did a fantastic job on that fly! I think it is beautiful.

A fine dressing Ruard.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Ruard, that is stunning. I loved it. Your bison must be different than the bison I have. Mine is much darker than your color here. I love your use of materials, the tye itself, and that cheeky little hook too. The whole thing works for me, excellent job!
