Thanks everyone for the support. I have been working on sulphur patterns for Roscoe. This is not intended for that hatch, but it has gotten me to look at the gold and yellows a bit more. They are just colors I don't usually do a lot with.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Very well executed fly. How does the thread look when wet- still that warm gloden glow?
Be interested in seeing a grey possum thoraxed one along side the mole one and see the difference when wet. I believe the possum would remail fuller and the mole colapse onto the body more...... could be wrong...... have been before plenty of times! . But the possum may help the fly sit a little higher in the water column and the two could be fished as a team covering two different depths....... just an idea-not a request. ;)

Great idea, and I can do that now. ;)

I suspect your hunches to be correct.

 Oh I'm full of great ideas....... I just stumble at putting them into practise, ask anyone that knows me, if I had acted on a few of my "ideas" over the years I would be able to retire by now!
