Re: PTO?
Thanks Ray, means alot coming from you! Actually the only thing I got for Christmas was a "Christmas box" from the flytyers dungeon and a little over 6000 hooks and some matched turkey feathers from Joel at the FTF (JSzymczyk), so , yeah I guess it was some of my goodies....the hook LOL!
Re: PTO?
That really turned out looking very nice. Very buggy and a fish catcher for sure. Is the pt wrapped through the ostrich in the abdomen? There is some really cool effects going on there.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

6000 hooks?!!!
That should be enough for this season, but you may want to put in another order just in case...

Re: PTO?
Thanks Old Hat, the PT stops just a tiny bit past the dubbing. I dub back just a fraction to cover the PT end and then proceed to hackle in front of the thorax. I actually tried a few with the hackle behind the thorax for 1 turn and then in front of it for 2 turns...makes it really buggy looking.
