On this side of the pond many of us use a brushable superglue product such as
Loctite. Unfortunately the little blue bottle pictured in the link has a lousy brush and dries out quickly. They sell a no spill bottle version with a better applicator and seal in the States which is excellent (pictured below), but it's not available here in Canada.

Hi Aaron,
Yes, that is what I've got, and I asked because yesterday, when I came to use it, the brush was horribly gunged up.
Anyway, back to the flies. Yesterday's Bloated Red Midge has been on a crash diet, and has re-emerged, so to speak, as.....

Elmer's Products, Inc. (of the Elmer's glue fame) makes a product marketed as Instant Krazy Glue Brush-On in a tip-resistant bottle with a top/brush combo that doesn't dry out or gum up.
