Hackle: Brahma hen golden straw
For the body I used one long fiber of the arguspheasant feather.

VERY nice Ruard.....i know it'd work as a March Brown Emerger. i'd lay $ on it. Thing is, bringing myself to use my Argus for such a purpose.....

.....when i can just as easily accomplish the same thing using a goose biot.

.....or any number of other materials. It sure looks great, but Argus is so expensive. And i can't imagine a fish gives a flyin' crap what you use.
