Vicki, I picked on your reverse rib method, but it took a few looks to see it. Nicely concieved. I'm liking the Tenkara flies a lot. Once I put a few more miles on the rods I'm using now (at least get some slime in the cork) I'm sure I'll break down and give this whole zen/simply elegant fishing method a go. But not yet. Love the flies though.

Wish we'da had time to fish in Texas.....they got these fish they call the Guadalupe Bass.....it's a Ciclid of some kind.....sposed to fight like hell. They got teeff and attitudes too........so you gotta be careful.
Imagine those puppies on a tenkara rod..........
