He's our local smuggler. Smugglers usually like to keep a low profile.

My flies are all packed and ready for shipping. They'll go out Monday. Maybe I'll get a pic of one of the...didn't make it extras. Thanks for miestering this swap.

In case some of you have trouble reading my hand printed toe tags ( they kind of remind me of something a 2d grader would do), here's the recipe.

(Sorry, no picture)

Hook: Daiichi 1180 size 12
Thread: Pearsall's Gossamer Hot Orange
Hackle: Some stubborn, free willed, orangish brown feather from Jeff
Rib: Gold Oval Silver Tinsel
Body: Some fur from an animal I'm sure Jeff shot off his back porch.

I found I don't have the address to send the flies to. Any help would be appreciated. A PM would be best as it takes up to 15 minutes for each thread page to load. Gotta love public wi-fi.

Ron...... maybe the feathers were from me, but I usually only include well behaved ones...... William did add some hen cape sections in some of the packs, maybe your unruly feathers came from him? :lol:
Not quite from the "back porch" but if it were possum, odds are it was within walking space of the back porch! ;)

Ron Eagle Elk, Howdy;

If your "stubborn, free willed, orangish brown feather" looks like the feather patch
in my "Unruly Class Portrait" then it came from dub-ya. He was kind enough to ID it for me.
Looking forward to seeing your fly as well as those from the rest of the crew on this swap.
