The more I looked at your fly, the more I was struck by the realism imparted by the way you colored the fly. I have been using this version after viewing it on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/user/DavieMcPhail#p/search . Yours looks to be a much easier fly to tie (a majot plus in my book) and will be just as, if not more, effective.
