Thread: Dk Brown 8/0 Uni-thread
Second Rib: Fine Gold wire-counter-wrapped
First Rib:1 Brown Ostrich herl over abdomen
Abdomen: Dyed gold Hare's mask from cheek-guard hair left in-dubbed Leisenring fashion
Hackle: Very dark Furnace Hen- Tied in by the tip near the forward end of the abdomen. It is wrapped through the dubbed Thorax.
Thorax: Dyed Gold Hare's mask from cheek-dubbed heavy Leisering fashion.

Tied in Honor of Henry--to catch "Walter"

What a lovely fly, Mark. Just beautiful. I'm very glad it was tied to honor Henry, for if it was for Jane, I'd have a completely different opinion.

Every stream,river, lake and pond has a 'Walter'

That means that there are alot of'em out there for all of us...we just gott outsmart'em. :?

I don't know if there's such a thing as a "classic" flymph, Mark, but if there is, this one meets the requirements. To paraphrse the Croc Hunter, "...wot a little beauty".
