I have no idea if this creature would be a killer in any water, just playing around.

Hackle: Grouse (from wing)
Tail: Pheasant tail
Body: Quill
Thorax: Argentinean hare, black

Once again, I really like that fly. Your on a roll. I know there are several fish that would eat a fly like that in a heartbeat.

I haven't tied on that particular hook, so it might be a little larger than the Tiemco or Daiichi of the same type, but on a size #16 that is a really fine hackle quill. It's nice for any size hook, but I always admire a really well wrapped quill and this is a good example.
