Re: Challenge Wiggle
I LOVE the creativity & experimentation of these flies. Terrific stuff guys! I need to go to my vise to see what I can come up with.

Re: Challenge Wiggle
Ha...y'all ain't seen a wiggle-spey-Tenkara-crawfish before?
Seriously, though: I think the "inch-worm" might actually "fish"--as much as I hate to admit it, the Green Weenie is the killer fly here in the Smokies--but I've always turned my nose up at fishing it. At any rate, I think I'll go back to watchets and bloas today: one more flymph version of a jig-n-pig and Mark is sure to boot me over to FAOL.

I fished my Wiggle today, but the connection-thread (copperwire) seemd to soft because after three casts the tailhook was gone! End of the experiment.

Re: Challenge Wiggle
I'm sure it was just a short strike by the largest fish you've ever seen! It worked so well that the fish bit the fly in half.

Ruard, Howdy;
If you lost it on a back cast it might be on a bus ... or cycling to Amsterdam ......
