The two outside flies are my variation on Rays Partridge & Orange

Hook - Mustad 9672 size 14
Thread- Brown UTC70
Tail - Ginger Hen Hackle
Rib - Gold Wire
Abdomen - Orange Haretron
Thorax - Chocolate Rabbit Fur (slightly teased out)
Collar - Brown Hen Hackle

The two inside flies are a spin-off of Rays "Gilded Peacock Red and Silver Badger"

Hook - Mustad 9671 size 16
Thread - Red UTC70
Rib - Fine Silver wire
Abdomen - Orange Floss waxed (wax provided to me from tie2fish) Thanks Bill!!!
Thorax - Peacock Herl
Collar - One flie has a Brown Hen Feather, the other flie has a Hen Silver Badger Feather

Beautiful flies. Haretron has always been one of my favorite dubbings. That hen Silver Badger is really nice stuff. Great work. ;)

OH MAN, those are great! I love the look of the orange dubbing version. That has GOT to be a killer fly. I'm going to crank some of these out for my fall steelhead box. Watch out fish, Wayne is at it again.

The orange ones look very similar to Syl Nemes' version of a soft hackled salmonfly, DUBBN, and very nicely tied too. They will be killers when those big stoneflies are about.

The recipe came from letumgo. It's his pattern. I'm just the guy that uses em. They will be killer when the October caddis make an appearance in a month or so.
