But that's an each to his own type a deal..........whatever boats your float. i get bored way to easily............

aint my fault, i was born that way...........
Your tyin' here is fantastic........that killer long hackle smokes.....as do your bodies and that Seal & Silver Mink is rightous.....keep postin' pics.
i tyed a few usin' the Mink you sent already.....
i just got home from settin' up the P.A., vidoe for his tyin' demo, & the Power Point deal for Dave Hughe's program on Sat.

i was frickin' shocked

to find out from our president (NAFF), today (who picked him up).....that Dave actually asked about me, on the way from the airport.........i only met the guy once 11/almost 12 yrs. ago.....

Hi
Yes Heron is forbidden,
this Heron I got legally at a fly fishing shop that has bought the inventory from an old flyshop no longer in business.

Absolutely Superb! Martin, these are all terrific. Heron herl makes amazing bodies. I can see why it was so popular.

Exactly. Heron, a new acquaintance for me, is a lovely material. Got it at "the place". Legally. Also your marabou. Soon in your mailbox. Wasn't happy with the picric dye I did for you though. The partridge became a bit too yellow I think. Excellent for yellow mayflies. Do you have it where you live Ray?
Have a nice weekend

Martin, please be very careful with picric.....it's highly carcinogenic(sp?).....not to mention volatile, and may be illegal to posses.

But, if you know what your doin'.....and i spose you do.....how bout doin' that little guy's hair in the pic?
