A bit skimpy on dubbing in the thorax area, but the hackle is too delicate (read: "breaks too easily") to do it over this morning ...

Found Feather Flymph
Hook: Gamakatsu that I'm pretty sure came from willowhead
Thread: Sheer 14/0, tan
Hackle: From a "sparrow" of some sort (thanks to Dougsden)
Tag/Rib: X-fine braided gold tinsel
Body: Muskox underfur in dubbing loop

Awesome materials, I think they pair very well with each other.
Really digging that hackle. Are sparrow feathers allowed to be had in possession?

There is no season on Sparrow, Starling or Pigeons..You can shoot as many as you like as often as you like here in Colorado.
