Abdomen/Thread - UNI-Stretch (Black)
Tag/Rib - Sulky Sliver Metallic Tinsel (Silver / No. 8001)
Tying Thread - 8/0 UNI-Thread (Black)
Thorax - Hares Ear Dubbing (Black)
Hackle - Hungarian Partridge (Claret)

Abdomen has been coated with two layers of Loctite Super Glue to protect the body and make it more durable for fishing.

Incredible fly but the real kudos go to setting up the background to make the photo as stunning a piece of artwork as the fly.

Thanks. The background is a piece of mole skin ( black part) and the pillow on my sons bed. His room gets the sunlight in the morning, so I took my vice and camera over there for the photo. I kept moving the background around to get better lighting and this shot was the one I liked. Glad you like it.

Great looking fly.. superlativs don't go into the relm in which your skills dwell...

The photo reminds me of some photos I've seen of various fighter aircraft breaking the sound barrier.

Been there seen that heard that (very loud, deafining even with the Mouse ears!), felt that (pressure wave), AWESOME dosen't come close.....
