Thread - Pearsalls Gossamer Maroon (vintage)
Hackle - Black hen, stripped on ion side, 4 turns
Tail - Black hen fibers + two strands Krystal flash
Underbody - Opal Mirage Tinsel (Medium)
Rib/Body - Seal's fur, natural (sparse!)- inserted into split thread. Ribbed closer in the front to create thorax.

Note: Materials are listed in the order they are tied onto the hook.

I like both hackles. The body color is superb. I adore it. The fibers pulsating from the body too, will definitely be a trigger, not to mention the flowing hackle movement. I really really like this fly.
