Sorry, the board attachment quota.........

Tried to attach a photo to a new post, and got this -

"Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

How do I now attach photos?? Don't get too technical, I'm 64.

I've been using picassa with no problem. I copy the file from Picasa to a folder on my desktop, then open it in Paint to change the file size, and save. When I insert it into a post, it comes from the folder on the desktop. Haven't had any trouble here or on another forum I frequent.
