Thread: Danville Flymaster 6/0, scarlet
Hackle: Hen, dark olive
Rib: Tying thread, doubled
Butt: Seal's fur, scarlet
Body: Fox squirrel; seal's fur - mixed, into split thread

Somehow this pattern reminds me of Fran Betters (famous American fly tyer from the Adirondack Mountains of New York State). It's kinda got an "Ausable Flymph" vibe to it. Makes me think of working some rabbits foot dubbing into the pattern and using a fluorescent orange thread.

Sorry for the digression. What I meant to say was "Great Fly, Hans."
