Neat tie. The larger hackle would flow back when wet to imitate either aquatic insect or small baitfish.... least in my mind it does!

Eh yes Hank, I am well familiar with the dept store.

Why i named the pattern as i did?

1. Dept store name recognition
2. JC = Jungle Cock
3. Penny as the color of the coin

There sometimes is method to my madness...
