Vern-o, nice couple of variations. I like the longer body and hackle, good looking flies.

Good point....i use this to sub as partridge....especially considering the limited number of feathers on a partridge.....from a commerical stand point...it makes more sense to use brahma.......dont get wrong......i love my partridge

Hey, great set and a cool pic. I hadn't thought of Brahma being the new grouse, but I love tying with it.

These are very nice, I like the hook, and Brahma is very nice for its own sake.
