Lovely tie! That would make a great "anything" just because it's so darned buggy.

Thanks all, this is a real easy tie as well. Nothing fancy, just select nice ostrich with good transitional coloring. Stillwater patterns are the only time that I tie the hackle this long.

What are the proportions that you use ?

Looks like 3X's the gape for tail as well as the hackle...
