Wow, Jeff, these are a nice compliment to Doug's offerings. I'm curious about the composition of Romero's Tups thorax blend. Any idea what it's made of?

To be honest mate..... no idea! Ray might be able to answer that one better. It was in the pack from Roscoe. Very synthetic and bright and fairly coarse in the mixture. This was the closest colour to a Tups pinkish wool in the several bags that arrived.

Jeff - I think the dubbing is some stuff from the Mad Scientist at Fly Tying Dungeon. He calls it Mr. Peacock dubbing. I believe the color is his "Peacock Hot Pink" blend. These look like KILLER flies for brook trout and panfish. Great job.

Jeff,
I have to disagree! Your offerings look twice as nice as mine! I have to tell you that I am partial to the first fly on the vintage Mustad hook! This is how I want mine to look! Excellent, excellent tying friend!
Wow! These kinda things really get my juices flowing! Does anyone else have any Tups variations they would like to share? All forum observers would like to see them!!
Excited in the den,
Dougsden

Man, these are so cool. Great ties, and wonderful hooks. I love it that Tups keep cropping up on the forum.
