Not a wingless wet, a Glanrhos wet.
A smaller wing than the previous dressings,
but the rib could have been better.

I have dressed another which I have done a better job.
I shall show it later, I am dressing some of the Overfield flies as well.

I imagine on the wee streams this would be a heck of a fly the trout's would find hard to pass over. Nice light delicate fly for nice wee delicate waters.

Rib: Yellow Buttonhole Twist.
No Tail.
These were not fished on a small stream but on the river Wye in Wales.

Donald - I am a fan of the Glanrhos style dressings. I love your dressing. When I clicked on your link, and saw the painting of the River Wye, I sat here imaging the fly drifting thru the pool. Sigh...It is so nice to get lost in a moment like that...Thank you.

Donald, Howdy;
Beautiful flys. Like the way you used the Buttonhole twist
as the abdomen and achieve the segmented effect. Very
nice touch
